• There is a £1 booking fee per transaction online and on telephone bookings, 50p booking fee per transaction at box office.
• For broadcasts, we are required by our screening contract to ensure the audience is seated and the lights are down by the time advertised.
• We do reserve the right to re-seat you or to refuse entry after a performance has started.
• Please ensure you have your ticket before entering the auditorium.
