12 Feb - Luminous Landscapes with Fluorescent Underpainting. New!
[Acrylics. Beginners/improvers]
Recently there has been a trend for fluorescent underpainting and it can be used to great effect. There are however helpful ‘rules’ to follow that guide us through colour palettes, glazes and suitable compositions. Understanding what underpainting achieves and hinders, we can then make choices and create a vibrant painting.
Let's bring a little uplifting colour to February, often used in capturing bright Mediterranean or Caribbean climes, start to look out your favourite snaps [ I will have my trusty inspiration folders too] and bring them to plan a vibrant Landscape composition. With demos, colour & composition planning before executing a painting this promises to be a very luminous day....whatever the February weather is doing!
Please see materials list below in good time!
Please book early to avoid disappointment and help us plan. Thankyou!
