Part of our Wellbeing Weekend – Feel Good this February with our events aimed to uplift, inspire, energise, motivate, or simply to relax you!
Have you ever wondered “What actually is yoga?” or have you tried a class and weren’t sure if you liked it? If so, this class will introduce you to Hatha Yoga, which is the root of yoga as we know it in the West. I will introduce you to some simple postures and some guided breathing in a gentle and relaxed way.
* You do not need to be flexible
* You do not need to be young
* You do not need to be slender
* You do not need to wear lycra – comfortable clothing & bare feet or socks
All are welcome and mats and chairs will be provided.
