Guided meditation & relaxation with an experienced British Wheel of Yoga, Mindfulness & Compassion trained teacher.

Learn a new skill in gently training your mind. Enjoy the benefits of feeling more focused and calmer as you approach everyday life mindfully.


3-week course for Beginners.

• Learn 3 Mindfulness Meditation practices you can use anywhere.

• Use breath, an object, or body awareness to steady and focus the mind.

• Try walking meditation and mindful eating.

• Learn a body-scan Relaxation you can practice at home.

• Practice being curious about your thought patterns and how you respond to life’s challenge.


Seated on chairs or the floor. No experience required.

Bring a cushion and a blanket, and a mat to lie on. Your tutor can lend you a mat if needed.
